FAQ
Questions about pricing
What is a seat?
One monitored employee: a person with an enrolled agent who was active in the last 30 days. One person with three laptops is one seat. A person who leaves stops counting after 30 days.
Do admins cost extra?
No. Admins are free, and you can have as many as you need.
Do you charge for each prompt or each event?
No. The price depends only on the number of seats.
What happens if we use more seats than we bought?
Protection never stops for a paying customer. We count the seats in each billing period and bill the extra seats on the next invoice, at the same price for each seat.
What happens at the end of the trial?
On day 30, the console shows a notice and the agents keep working. On day 37, the console becomes read-only and the agents use only the detectors on the laptop. On day 67, we delete the trial data, unless you buy before then.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, with the Enterprise plan. The Team plan uses a card.
Are taxes included?
No. The prices do not include taxes such as GST or VAT. We add the taxes that apply to your invoice.
